AI literacy for web teams
with Sani Manic & Iqbal Ali
Coenactive - Stop reading about AI. Start building with it.
Your customers are using AI to find you. Your team needs AI to keep up. Most training covers only one side. We train web teams on both.
Hands-on training that helps your team build internal AI workflows. Hands-on training on building and running websites that perform when ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews, and the agents acting on your customers' behalf are reading them before any human does.
The name
Coenactive: knowing through doing, together
co- (together, jointly) + enactive (knowing through doing)
The literal meaning: enacting together, or knowledge created through joint action. Three layers matter to us.
- Co-creation. We work alongside your team on the actual problem, so the capability stays with you after we leave.
- Enactive learning. The academic term for learning through doing. Our workshops are exactly that: work sessions where you leave with running systems, not slide notes.
- Two practitioners. Sani and Iqbal cover the two halves of AI literacy every web team now needs, working jointly with each client.
Two sides of the AI interaction
Most organisations need help in two places at once. We work on both.
Inside your team
Using AI in your work
How teams and individuals adopt AI for day-to-day work: workflows, agents, internal tools, and the judgement of what to automate and what to leave alone.
On your product
Adapting for AI-driven users
Your customers increasingly reach your website and product through ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews, and agents acting on their behalf. We help you adapt so that channel works for you.

Architect and Build Reliable Agents & Workflows with n8n & Small Models
- Date
- Wednesday, 6 May 2026
- Time
- 9:15 AM - 4:15 PM BST
- Location
- Wallacespace, 15 Artillery Lane, London, E1 7HA
What attendees worked on:
- Replacing repetitive data tasks (spreadsheets, CRM updates) with n8n workflows
- Building automations end-to-end, without waiting on engineering
- Designing reliable agents and workflows with small, local models
What they walked away with:
- •Working n8n agents they could adapt to their own tools the next day
- •A mental model for shipping AI workflows that don't break in production
Our Workshops & Training
What You'll Learn
Whether in-person or remote, our hands-on training covers these core topics to take your team from AI-curious to AI-capable.
Inside your team
- Understanding AI Models
- Learn the difference between large and small models, when to use each, and how to get better results with less compute. We cover ethics and environmental impact too.
- Prompt Engineering That Works
- Master few-shot prompting, output-first thinking, and techniques that actually improve results. Not just theory, but patterns you can apply immediately.
- Breaking Down Tasks
- Discover frameworks to decompose any task into AI-friendly stages. Learn to identify inputs, outputs, and decision points for any workflow.
- Building Workflows with n8n
- Get hands-on with n8n: connecting APIs, handling JSON, and building automations that run without you. From basics to production-ready workflows.
- Vector Databases & RAG
- Understand how to give AI access to your own data. We cover embeddings, vector search, and Retrieval Augmented Generation in plain English.
- Build Your Own Workflow
- Leave with a working AI workflow tailored to your actual work. Not a demo, something you will use next week.
On your website
- How AI Reads Your Website
- Understand what ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews, and crawler-driven assistants actually see when they fetch your pages. Audit common blockers like JavaScript-only content and hidden value, then fix them in your stack.
- Structured Data That AI Models Use
- Learn which schema.org types AI systems actually consume, and how to wire JSON-LD into your pages so models can recognise organisations, products, articles, and authors with confidence.
- Designing for AI Agents
- Build pages and product flows that work when an AI agent is acting for your customer. Cover form patterns, error messages that agents can parse, and accessibility for AI agents as a primary visitor class.
- Writing for Citation
- Write pages that AI models quote back to users. Information density, definitive statements, and the extractable chunks that earn mentions across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini.
- Controlling What AI Reads
- Set up the signals that tell AI systems how to find and use your content: robots directives, meta tags, sitemaps, and emerging conventions like llms.txt. Decide what to expose, what to gate, and what to leave for human-only traffic.
- Measuring AI-Driven Traffic
- Distinguish human visitors from AI agents in your analytics. Track the value of AI-driven sessions, build dashboards your team will use, and understand the economics of agent traffic.
